The lawsuit is based around Google's effective app store monopoly and how they make it hard for sideloading of apps and other app stores along with their "anti-competitive practices" such as taking a 30 percent split of all purchases on the Play Store and a minimal pricing of 99 cents for any product.

Apple on Friday shot back at Epic Games in a legal filing, likening the Fortnite creator to a "shoplifter" and disputing the gaming company's claims that it did not want a "special deal" on the App Store.
